My younger siblings and I always thought it'd be cool to break a sweat the way our dad did when he did work (ie shoveled the driveway, etc) all over his back. So we'd dress in all of our winter gear, scarves, hats, mittens and run around, up and down, all over the inside of our house trying to sweat like him.
Why on earth would we do something like this? I also don't recall that any of us ever broke a 'real' sweat.
